This meeting will be held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the Emergency Management Issues Special Interest Group (EMI-SIG) on May 7–9.
Prior to the start of the SCAPA meeting, SCAPA working groups will be meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 8–9, during breaks in the EMI-SIG conference. This includes meetings of the:
- Biosafety Working Group

We are particularly excited to be offering a biosafety - and emergency management-themed tour of the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research (http://www.sfbr.org/), a biosafety level-4 laboratory with a large primate research center, on Friday afternoon, May 11.
This year’s delicious and entertaining SCAPA Dinner will be held between the two days of SCAPA meetings, on Thursday, May 10 at 6 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you in San Antonio in May! If you need a letter from SCAPA requesting your participation in the annual meeting, please contact Cliff Glantz (SCAPA Chair) at email@example.com (509.375.2166).
