HOW TO APPLY

Interested applicants must submit a Complete Application to be considered for an appointment to the Innovation Advisors Program.
A Complete Application is comprised of three components:
- The IAP application, certified by the applicant
- A résumé or curriculum vitae
- The IAP Organizational Statement of Support, signed by an official of the applicant’s home organization
The IAP application and Organizational Statement of Support are available below as fillable PDFs. (These forms require Adobe Reader version 8 or higher.)

Instructions
- Begin by saving the application to your computer using "Save As." The
application is a fillable PDF form that permits you to save your responses.
- Please answer each question on the application form.
- On the last page of the application, you must certify your answers are
accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Your application will not be considered
without this certification. Remember to save your
responses after certification.
- Complete the IAP Organizational Statement of Support form, print form, and
obtain the signature of an appropriate certifying official (identified on page 7
of your application). Scan this signed document.
- Return the completed application by attaching it to an e-mail addressed to IAP@orau.org along with the following attachments:
a. Résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
b. Scanned version of the signed IAP Organizational Statement of Support
